All products and services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online, by phone, or through our authorized representatives.
• Payments must be made in full as per the quotation or invoice terms.

   

• We reserve the right to cancel or delay services if payment is incomplete or delayed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

   

4. Installation & Service

• Installation dates will be scheduled mutually with customers.
• Customers must ensure that installation sites are ready and accessible.
• Additional material or labor requirements (if any) will be billed separately.
• Warranty applies only if equipment is used as per provided guidelines.

   

5. Warranty & Support

• Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1 year unless stated otherwise).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Power fluctuations or lightning strikes
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Improper usage or negligence
• For post-warranty service, standard service charges will apply.

   

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
• Customized or installed products are non-returnable.

   

7. Limitation of Liability

Kushi Technology shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profit
• Downtime caused by network, power, or third-party failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
